본 앱(헬스 기록)은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 이용자가 입력한 운동 기록(종목, 세트, 무게, 횟수, 시간), 인바디 수치(체중, 골격근량, 체지방 등), 목표와 마일스톤은 이용자 기기 안에만 저장되고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 운영자는 이 기록을 볼 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기록도 함께 삭제되며, 다른 기기로 옮기려면 설정의 내보내기(JSON)·가져오기 기능을 이용자가 직접 사용해야 합니다.
본 앱은 토스 인앱광고(Toss Ads 및 Google AdMob 미디에이션) 배너를 사용합니다. 광고 서비스가 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자 등 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 토스 개인정보처리방침을 참조하십시오.
본 앱에는 인앱 결제가 없으며, 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 처리하지 않습니다.
기록 내보내기(백업) 기능에 한해 클립보드 쓰기 권한을 사용합니다. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 나머지 기능은 정상적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 앱이 보여주는 볼륨, 추세, 목표 진행률 등은 이용자가 직접 입력한 값으로 계산한 참고 정보입니다. 본 앱은 의료 서비스가 아니며 진단, 처방, 운동·식이 처방을 제공하지 않습니다. 건강 상태에 관한 판단은 의료 전문가와 상담하십시오.

This app (Workout Log) does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There is no sign-up or login. Your workout records (exercises, sets, weight, reps, duration), body-composition entries (weight, muscle mass, body fat, etc.), goals and milestones are stored only on your device and are never sent to a server; the operator cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes your records. To move them to another device, use the export (JSON) and import features in Settings yourself.
This app shows a banner from Toss in-app ads (Toss Ads with Google AdMob mediation). These services may process an advertising identifier and related information to serve ads. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Toss Privacy Policy for details.
This app has no in-app purchases and does not collect or process payment information.
Clipboard write permission is used only for exporting your records as a backup. All other features work normally if you decline it.
Volume, trends, goal progress and similar figures shown in this app are reference information calculated from values you entered yourself.
